1. If you cancel your tour in writing to info@anziotours.com up to one week before the scheduled start date, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit payment within 28 days of you notifying us of said cancellation. It is not possible under any circumstances to cancel by telephone and expect a refund, we need written confirmation.

2. If you cancel your tour in writing (by e-mail as above) less than one week before the scheduled start date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit payment within 28 days of you notifying us of said cancellation etc.

3. If you have any questions about an existing cancellation or need to cancel for any reason, please contact us and we'll process your refund as above once appropriate notification has been received. Refunds are issued using the same payment gateway.
